you can take it somewhere and they can try but I doubt it. It also depends on if its steel or graphite. The easiest thing is to get it replaced. You shouldnt have bent it in the first place duh LOL
I am going to guess that this is a steel shaft as composites don’t stay bent nor do they fatigue. I wouldn’t at all. Once the shaft has been compromised you have no idea what you now have. It may look great and be as straight as it was before but it probably is full of micro cracking and is now a hazard for you and you fellow golfers. They are easy to replace. every golf shop sells shafts. Keep your mind on hitting the ball and not on whether or not this will be the swing that it breaks. I saw a horrific accident on the course years ago involving a broken shaft. Literally laid the man’s forearm wide open.
Don’t even try. If your club shaft is bent, this has developed a weak spot so that replacement is your best choice. Whoever replaces it should replace it with the same flex as the original otherwise you will have a different feel from the rest of the set.
do not try to straighten it it is not worth it depending on what kind of shaft it is you can probably replace it for around 12.00 plus installation and a new grip your probably looking at around 30.00 to get it replaced and some stores will pure it for you for free
I don’t know if anyone will actually straighten it for you. But if you had it straightened, would you be able to swing the thing without worrying about it breaking and hurting someone?
Comments on can you straighten the shaft on a golf club?
Once it is bent….it is bent. replacement is the only option
thats what she said

it there is a slight bend yes, if there is a kink in the shaft, no.
